Acceptable Use Policy

Magnite provides hosting services to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All registered clients of Magnite ( agree to and are subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the following Acceptable Use Policy:

Service-Wide Prohibited Uses

The followings, including any activities that violate the laws of the United States, are prohibited from Magnite's services. The client violating this policy may result in account deactivation as well as all services attached to it. We reserve the right to add or remove items from this list without notification.

Fair Share Policy

All clients have equal usage rights to the server resources but if a cilent is consistently using server resources that degrade performance and affect other clients, the offending client may be asked to upgrade to the next hosting plan or reduce resource usage. In the most severe case, the client may be asked to move to a different hosting provider. This is required to maintain a steady level of load and stability of the servers.
